The night before I left to go on the trip I loaded the luggage and gear on the bike. Everyone had me convinced it was going to rain the next day. It really did look like a bad storm was coming, but it never happened. I got the bike loaded and got the plastic wrapped around my camping and sleeping gear with some bungie cords and a cargo net bungie strap. I was looking all over for one of those cargo nets and finally found one at a discount dollar store in Bellingham Square in Chelsea. I couldn't believe they were there. I bought four of them for about four dollars. They are not the highest quality, but they get the job done and everything was secure.
